The Dunn Brothers

The Dunn Brothers -performance compilation – at the Ancaster Autumn Stroll 2015

In 2o11, The Dunn Brothers got together to have some fun with Great Big Sea’s “Nothing But A Song” as part of a contest with Canada’s premiere celtic band. Happy to report we won the contest – and had a blast meeting the band. Enjoy the tune. If you don’t know us, the song really says it all!

Dunn Brothers (Steve, Brian and Kevin) continue to bring down the house wherever they play with their eclectic mix of classic hits, celtic, folk and rock. Special to the DB’s, Ardo “Fingers” Perri kicks on lead guitar and has since become our adopted brother! From pub performances to special events and house parties, the brothers’ unique blend of music has been enjoyed at venues throughout Southern Ontario.

Dunn Brothers 2010

From Blue Rodeo to Johnny Cash, Great Big Sea to Simon and Garfunkel; The Irish Rovers to the Goo Goo Dolls—they like to say their repertoire includes ‘almost every song ever written’. (And if they don’t know it, they’re pleased to fake it!) Add a dose of three-part harmony, piano, a couple of harmonicas and a slew of special guests and you’re one Guinness away from the ultimate party.

On request, the band expands to include: banjo, mandolin, fiddle, piano and drums. The Dunn Brothers have been performing for over 20 years, at Irish Pubs, hotels, restaurants and private gatherings. Catering to just about any crowd, the boys also write their own parody material/songs for special functions and tributes.

Recent venues include: Ned Devine’s (Oakville), Grey Friar (Oakville); The Brassie Pub (Ancaster); Coach and Lantern (Ancaster) Faloney’s of Ancaster; Pogue Mahones (Toronto); Murphy’s Law, Toronto; The Pour House, (Toronto).IMG_2592

We also feature Dunn Brothers duo, featuring Kevin and Brian – depending on needs and budget.
